Application
- Pour a little into palm of hand to gently warm and massage well into skin.
- Massage into aching muscles to numb pain and provide a soothing and cooling effect.
- Massage well into joints and sore muscles to relieve pain and inflammation.
- Massage in long strong strokes, into the fat affected areas to firm and tone the skin for 5 minutes daily.
- Massage well into the affected areas, or add 5-8 drops to a warm bath.
