Shipping & Return Policy
Please allow up to 1-3 business days to process and pack your order.
Orders received on Saturdays, Sunday and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
When you order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation email.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment.
If you are not satisfied with a products you have received in your order, you may apply for a refund with 30 days of purchase.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order shipping date to be eligible for a refund.
Please include the original or print a copy of the invoice with your shipment.
Please note we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
The product you wish to return must be in the original bottle and must be at least 70% full.
The refund will be credited to the original method payment. We cannot refund to another card.
Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your request. You will receive an email notification upon completion of return processing. If we cannot locate your Order Number, we are unable to process the refund. Any items incorrectly sent back cannot be credited and will not be sent back to you.
To request a return:
- Email email@example.com and include your Order Number with the name of the product(s) you wish to return. You can find your Order Number in your Order Confirmation email.
- Your return request will be processed by Aroma Heals™ services team who will provide further instructions, including how to ship the product(s) to Aroma Heals™.

Aroma Heals™ maintains the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether you are entitled to a refund and, if so, the amount of the refund you are eligible to receive. All Aroma Heals™ products purchased during the SALE are not eligible for a refund. Aroma Heals™ reserves the right to request the reasonable opportunity to inspect the product(s) in question once returned. Aroma Heals™ reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to provide a refund or accept your Order for any reason – including, but not limited to, if we deem your Order to be suspicious or fraudulent in any way.
